POWERPLAY: foundation and first steps
The season where Team Imagineers was born: 15 selected students, a first robot named EVA, and the beginning of a STEM purpose.
Historical Review
Our story began in 2023, when 15 students from Colegio Altamira were selected to form the school's first robotics team and participate in Copa Ka'i.
In an environment where robotics was just beginning to grow, we became one of the 5 pioneer teams, facing each challenge with determination and passion.
In this first season, we built our robot EVA, laying the technical and human foundations of the team.
The competition took place at Biblioteca del Estado, where we earned the Connect Award, recognizing our ability to connect with the community and promote STEM.
More than a competition, it was the beginning of a purpose: opening paths for future generations of women in robotics.
